Help with the costs of living

Wiltshire Council have set up the Wiltshire Wellbeing Hub to provide cost-of-living information, advice and signposting.


Telephone support is available Mon-Thurs 9am to 5pm and Fri from 9am to 4pm on 0300 003 4576 or via email at wellbeinghub@wiltshire.gov.uk


Wiltshire Council have also created web pages with links to where people can get help with council tax, benefits, financial support, energy costs, housing, community food providers and mental health support.


Other organisations that can provide local, practical help.


Wiltshire Money (07376 055 831) have also created a list of organisations that can help with grants to support individuals and families over winter -


Age UK Wiltshire (0808 196242) a local charity working in the community to support older people, their families, and carers - https://www.ageuk.org.uk/wiltshire/


Citizen's Advice Wiltshire (0800 144 88 48) provide a range of advice over the phone, by email and on web chat - https://www.citizensadvicewiltshire.org.uk/
